At Elsyn, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we're here to help.

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unworn, unused, with tags attached
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Please note that returns must be requested and approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged during transit, incorrect, or otherwise affected by an issue attributable to us. In such cases, Elsyn will cover the return shipping costs.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective
  • The item was damaged during shipping
  • You received the wrong item
  • There are any other issues with your order

We will evaluate the issue promptly and work to provide an appropriate resolution.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids or gases

Please contact us if you have questions regarding a specific product.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return the item you have received and, once the return is accepted, place a new order separately.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If the merchandise is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

To qualify, the item must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In its original condition
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by tags and proof of purchase

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
